We recommend that you keep a copy of these policies for future reference.

Please note products advertised on our website are available in store as well. We endeavour to pick your orders as soon as they come through, however there is always the chance that the product could sell out in store before we collect it. If this should happen, we will endeavour to ascertain another product for you otherwise a full refund will be given and we will notify you immediately.

Insurance and Delivery

Country Lane Fashions insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery e.g. a gift, then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Country Lane Fashions, and the responsibility passes to you.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours. We do not dispatch over the weekends or on public holidays, any purchases made after 4pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following week subject to any holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

We cannot deliver to PO Box address in New Zealand, please supply a physical address.

In New Zealand all orders under $100 incur a $5 shipping fee.  We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100 throughout NZ and these are dispatched through Courierpost Track and Trace and be tracked here:

Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $35.
