Returns and Exchanges

Please read our Terms & Conditions on Delivery & Shipping and Returns & Exchanges carefully before placing any orders on We recommend you keep a copy of these policies for future reference.

If for any reason you are not happy with the items, you have purchased you are welcome to return it for a full refund. Please package the garment and send it to us within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item has NOT BEEN WORN and has TAGS INTACT, we will issue you a full refund promptly. If it is later than 7 days, we may not be able to issue a refund, but can do a STORE CREDIT.

Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges on SALE PRODUCTS purchased in store or online

If you have found a garment to have a flaw or a fault, please contact us immediately and we will endeavor to replace the garment as soon as possible.

Please be sure to contact us before sending any returns to us. You can then courier your item back or delivery it back into store.

If you love your garment but not quite happy with the size or colour we will be happy for you to exchange your garment. If we don’t have your size or colour available, we will process a full refund to you.

Steps to Return

  1. Fill in the returns form included in your order
  2. Please take care to package your return, please include your returns form and proof of purchase
  3. Please choose a trackable shipping method, we are unable to accept responsibility for packages we did not ship ourselves. Please do not use a standard post as an option as this method is not trackable and can take too long to arrive back to us and therefor can affect your refund.
